At Srishti Vaikunth, we understand that plans can change. However, as a small boutique property, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our business. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operations.
👉🏻 Cancellation Timeframes.
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following refund percentages apply based on how far in advance you notify us:

15 Days or More Before Check-In: 100% Refund of advance (minus ₹500 processing fee).

7 to 14 Days Before Check-In: 50% Refund of the advance amount.

Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In: No Refund (0% Refund).
👉🏻No-Show & Early Departure

No-Show: If you do not arrive at the hotel on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be charged, and the room may be released for other guests the next day.

Early Check-Out: If you decide to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the remaining unused nights.
👉🏻 Peak Season Policy (15 Apr – 30 June, 20 Dec- 5Jan) : During peak tourist seasons (Summer Vacations, Christmas, and New Year), bookings are non-refundable
👉🏻 Force Majeure (Natural Calamities) – In case of road closures due to heavy snowfall, landslides, or official government travel bans, we will offer a Free Date Change (Credit Note) valid for 1 Year. This ensures you can reschedule your stay for a future date without losing your advance payment.
👉🏻 Refund Processing – Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that refunds will only be transferred back to the original source account (the same bank account or card used for the initial payment), and we do not provide cash refunds.
