Welcome to Srishti Vaikunth With Mountain View. 

General Hotel Rules:

• ID Proof: In compliance with Government of India regulations, all guests (including minors) must present a valid Government-approved photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) upon check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

• Check-in/Check-out: Standard Check-in time is 1:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

• Rights of Admission: Srishti Vaikunth reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest found acting in a manner that disturbs other guests or violates hotel policies.

• Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property (furniture, linens, wooden interiors) during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for such damages at the time of check-out.

Booking & Payments:

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% advance payment.

• All payments must be made to the official hotel bank account listed on our website. We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorized third-party personal accounts.

• If booking via a Travel Agent, guests are advised to verify the agent’s authorization with us directly before making payments.

Jurisdiction:

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
